This year, the Tecumseh Chamber of Commerce is proud to introduce a new award that honors those selfless organizations whose dedication and service have made a substantial impact within our community.

The Non-Profit of the Year Award celebrates organizations that strengthen the fabric of Tecumseh through compassionate outreach, innovative programs, and unwavering commitment to those they serve. These organizations remind us that real change happens when people care deeply about one another. 💫

We are honored to announce our 2025 Non-Profit of the Year nominees:

💚 Gateway to Prevention & Recovery – Supporting individuals and families across Oklahoma through prevention, treatment, and wellness programs that promote recovery and healthy living.

💛 Legacy Parenting – A vital resource for families in Pottawatomie and Seminole Counties, Legacy offers parenting education, support, and tangible essentials like diapers, clothing, car seats, and more. In 2024, Legacy expanded its wraparound services to include mental health offerings through Family Resource Center partnerships.

💜 Project Safe – Celebrating 40 years of service, Project Safe provides trauma-informed support to victims of domestic violence, sexual assault, and stalking, helping survivors rebuild their lives with safety and dignity.

💙 South Central Industries – Providing vocational training and meaningful employment for over 50 individuals with developmental disabilities, South Central’s nationally recognized social entrepreneurship model achieves 96.3% self-sustainability — empowering inclusion and independence for all.

Each of these organizations embodies the heart of Tecumseh — serving others with compassion, purpose, and strength. 🌻
