The Renovation of the Year Award honors the most outstanding remodel or renovation of a business located in Tecumseh, OK, or conducted by one of our Chamber members. These projects breathe new life into our town — creating places that inspire pride, innovation, and growth.

We’re excited to announce this year’s 2025 Renovation of the Year nominees:

🔧 Beast Barn – Owner Chad Neiman completely gutted and recreated a space that now showcases unique innovations and jaw-dropping vehicle transformations. 🚗✨

💒 Broadway Chapel – Owners Sharla and Dennis Dyer have poured countless hours and heart into turning this labor of love into a beautifully revamped event space that blends history with elegance. 💍🌷

🪴 Hometown Rock & Landscape – New owners Trace and Autumn Brown continue to transform their space into a clean, inviting destination where creativity and imagination lead the way to home beautification. 🌼🏡



🍔 Sonic Drive-In – After enduring extensive damage from Oklahoma’s fierce winds, Sonic’s rebuild of a section of their drive-in area stands as a true testament to resilience and community spirit. 💙🌬️
